What if today was your last day?
What are you worrying about today? … Can you actually do anything about it today? Does it really matter today? Do you NEED to worry about it TODAY? If you can do something today, then do it. If you can’t, just let it go, there’s nothing you can do today. Stop worrying about what you can’t do anything about, and shift your focus to something you CAN do.
What CAN you do today? What do you NEED to do today?
Do what you can today, to take care of yourself, and move yourself forward. Focus on what you need to do today. Worrying about those other things is just stealing the progress you could make today, stealing the peace you could have today, the joy you could have today.
Let it go.
I know it’s easier said than done, and I’m not saying the anxiety will just go away. But…
